The deposit to hold your week in Pentreath is 25% of the holiday price or to a minimum of £300. We will require full payment of your holiday 8 weeks before the commencement date with a damage deposit of £300 (refundable). Pentreath books Saturday to Saturday.

If the booking is made within 8 weeks of the holiday date the full rental is payable on booking.

From last week October to last week March ( except Xmas - NY- Bank Holidays) prices are for 6 occupants extra parties are £100 per week.

SHORT BREAKS: Full payment is required and is non refundable.
