St.Ives on Nigel Slater’s ‘Simple Suppers’’

Tonight, 16th September, I was watching the T.V. and to my surprise Mathew Stevens, he of St.Ives fish fame, was on Nigel Slater’s ‘Simple Suppers’. M. Stevens and Son

The discussion was on mackeral. Mathew Stevens call them the tiger of the sea, due to their stripes.

I love mackeral, they are my personal favourite fish. mmm. Even for breakfast!
