The deposit to hold your week in Cheval Roc House is 25% of the holiday price or to a minimum of £300 We will require full payment of your holiday 8 weeks before commencement with a damage deposit of £300 (refundable).

From last week October to last week March except Xmas-NY-Bank Holidays prices are for 4 occupants. extra parties are £100 per week.

As Cheval Roc has Oak Floors we have a no sand policy in the house - sand can be cleaned off with a hose located in the garage - if you feel that this would be a problem we would ask you not to book.
